VPS Enforcement & Escalation Tiers

Our network security systems monitor metrics and external legal signals to execute immediate actions against policy infractions.

Tier 01

Automated Port Restrictions

Triggers: Outbound DDoS attacks, active scanning, script-based brute-forcing.

When automated upstream network scrubbers detect high-volume anomalous outbound packet bursts from your container or virtual layer, your network port speeds are instantly down-throttled to 1 Mbps or null-routed to preserve network neighbors.

Tier 02

Formal 24-Hour Notice Tickets

Triggers: DMCA Copyright Notices, SpamCop reports, Phishing traps.

Upon receiving verified legal DMCA warnings or mail administration reports, our system opens an priority compliance ticket. The system grants the client exactly 24 Hours to clean infected files or terminate malicious components before enforcement updates lock the service.

Tier 03

Immediate Instance Termination

Triggers: Intentional fraud hosting, command & control setups, zero compliance response.

Repeated intentional infractions, refusal to clear flagged compliance tickets, or running clear malicious network architectures result in an immediate hypervisor wipe. The virtual machine instance is deleted permanently, and no payment refunds apply.
