Cloud Infrastructure Transparency Statement

This page provides an overview of the technical architecture, operational principles, and service design of TechVPS infrastructure. All services are provided under applicable Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Performance, availability, and routing conditions may vary depending on network environment and external factors.

Infrastructure Architecture

Designed for general-purpose cloud workloads and virtualized environments.

Compute Layer

Virtual machines operate on modern multi-core server processors suitable for compute workloads, container systems, and application hosting.

Memory System

ECC memory is used in supported environments to reduce risk of data corruption in long-running workloads.

Storage Layer

NVMe-based storage systems are used in selected nodes to support high I/O operations depending on service plan.

Network Connectivity

Services are connected through multiple upstream providers. Routing paths may change dynamically based on network conditions.

Network & Routing Overview

Traffic handling depends on real-time network conditions and provider availability.

Traffic Filtering

Basic mitigation systems may be applied to reduce common network abuse and volumetric traffic.

Upstream Providers

Multiple regional and international transit providers may be used depending on location and routing efficiency.

Latency

Latency values are variable and depend on geographic distance, peering routes, and external internet conditions.

Service Availability

Service levels are targets and may be affected by maintenance or external incidents.
Service availability objectives are designed to support general production workloads. Scheduled maintenance, upstream carrier issues, or unforeseen network events may temporarily impact service performance.

Security Controls

Infrastructure Security

  • Physical access controls at data center facilities
  • Monitoring systems for infrastructure health
  • Restricted administrative access procedures

Network Protection

  • Basic DDoS mitigation layers where available
  • Traffic anomaly detection systems
  • Upstream filtering by providers

Customer Responsibility

  • Secure configuration of virtual machines
  • Regular software updates
  • Access credential management

Monitoring & Operations

Infrastructure components are monitored using automated systems and operational tools. Alerts are reviewed to support system stability and incident response.

Monitoring is intended to assist in operational awareness and does not guarantee prevention of all service disruptions.

Network Test Resources

Looking Glass

Used for network diagnostics such as ping and traceroute.
